Ordering Process

All orders placed take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship out and either arrive to our Greenhills store located at 50 Eswin Street, Cincinnati, OH 45218 or to your shipping address for Direct Express orders.

 

At check out you can select one of the following shipping options:

1. Pick up your order from Greenhills

Once your order has been delivered to our store, please check in at the front desk when you arrive for pick up. Our team members will ask for an ID/ receipt for purchase verification and from there will assist you with the next steps to make the pick up process as quick as possible.

2. Direct Express ship your order (only applies to Direct Express items)

If you select Fixed Shipping at check out, your order will be shipped to your home. Once we have the tracking number(s) we will forward that information to you.

3. Prepay for delivery through the third party we work with

If you select Flat Rate shipping at check out, once we receive your order to our Greenhills store we will contact you to confirm its arrival as well as provide you with the delivery information. This will allow you to speak directly with the moving company about a day and time that works best for you to schedule the prepaid delivery.

 

One of our team members will update you when we know a projected delivery date and once your order arrives to our store we will contact you confirming its arrival. At that time it will be available for pick up or to schedule delivery.

If you decide once your order arrives to our store that you would like to set up delivery instead of picking it up, no problem! You can contact Clark and Son’s Moving to schedule delivery. Payment will be received by them directly upon delivery.

 

Please Note: We have a 3 day hold policy for merchandise being held in our warehouse.
