Direct to your Door Damaged Goods:
Please inspect packages/ product for any damage. Packages with damage must be refused at the door at time of delivery. If refused upon delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number to inform us of the issue so that we may reorder the item. If above was unable to be done, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Other Damaged Goods:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can help resolve the issue.
Please use the contact information below to email us a picture of the item number sticker (found on box or product) and a picture of the damage to the product. Once we receive that information, we will order you a replacement or start the repair process.

- 5 years on springs and mechanisms
- 1 year fabric on manufacturer defects
