Direct to your Door Damaged Goods:

Please inspect packages/ product for any damage. Packages with damage must be refused at the door at time of delivery. If refused upon delivery, please email and include your order number to inform us of the issue so that we may reorder the item. If the above was unable to be done, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Other Damaged Goods:

If you receive a damaged product, please Submit a Warranty Claim found at the bottom of this page within 24 hours of receiving it.

This will provide us with important information about your damaged product, including a picture of the item/ serial number sticker (white sticker found on box or product) and damage found on the product. Once reviewed by a team member, we will reach out within 3-5 business days with next steps towards starting the repair process or ordering a replacement.
